Renewal terms*

These are proposed terms for your request. The final scope and agreement must be confirmed before payment.

• Proposed scope: one three-hour, ceremony-only vow renewal at Momo’s Grange for up to 20 guests, within noon–10 p.m., with existing benches and furniture. The final scope must be confirmed in a written agreement before payment.
• The renewal may take place no earlier than one day before the fifth or tenth anniversary of your original wedding date, according to your selected package. February 29 anniversaries use February 28 in non-leap years. There is no automatic use-by expiry.
• Weekday packages are Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday only. Weekend packages are Saturday or Sunday only. Fridays, Thursdays, U.S. federal holidays and their observed dates are excluded.
• Request a date in advance. Every date requires written confirmation and is subject to availability; anniversary dates and prime dates are not guaranteed. No date is reserved by this request.
• Officiants, vendors, receptions, catering, setup, moving furniture and cleanup labor are not included. You arrange and pay for any services needed; the estate does not provide on-site wedding staff.
• After a written agreement and payment, the renewal amount is nonrefundable for customer cancellation or changed plans, except where required by law. If the estate cannot fulfill the agreed renewal, the unused renewal amount will be refunded.
• Renewal prices cover the proposed venue use and existing furniture only. Any required renewal insurance or other mandatory renewal charge must be itemized in the final agreement before payment; none may be added without your acceptance.
• This is a package request, not a purchase or confirmed booking. No payment is taken today, and the final agreement and any applicable charges must be disclosed and accepted before payment.
