Pricing
Your own altar, your own feast ground, your own celebration. What you pay depends on
two simple things — the season — including our premium Aspen Gold window — and the day of the week. Saturdays in summer are the most
sought-after; a weekday in the quiet season is the gentlest on the budget. Everything you see out
here — the altars, the dining theater, your private feast ground, restrooms, and
getting-ready spaces — is already included.
How It Works
Priced by season and by day
Peak season runs May through October, when the plains are green and the
light is long. The off season — November through April — is
quieter, starlit, and priced more gently. Within either season, Saturday is
the premium, Friday close behind, Sunday a step down, and a
weekday (Monday through Thursday) the best value of all.
Every booking is your own private world — your choice of three stone altars,
the dining theater, your private feast ground, restrooms, getting-ready spaces, and the open
plains — celebrations kept far apart, never crossing paths.
Ways to Book
Four ways to have the estate
Full day
The classic. Your altar and private feast ground from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. —
one couple, one unforgettable day, at the rates above.
Split day — 70% of the day's rate, per couple
Two weddings share one date: a morning celebration (7 a.m.–1 p.m.) and an evening
celebration (4–10 p.m.), with a three-hour reset between. Each couple pays 70% of that day's
full-day rate — on a Peak Season Saturday that's $7,000 instead of $10,000.
Elopement — $3,000
Three hours at the altar of your choice for up to 20 guests, inside the 8 a.m.–10 p.m. day.
Each altar has its own grounds, so celebrations never cross paths. Book up to 90 days ahead on
weekdays, 60 days ahead on off-season weekends — gold-window and peak-season weekends are
reserved for full weddings.
Three-day block
Any three consecutive days for multi-day celebrations — the estate is yours from the first
morning to the last night. Priced at the sum of the three days plus 15%: a Peak Season
Friday–Sunday block is $33,350.

About the gold windows. Each autumn the aspens may turn brilliant gold.
Peak Gold (September 18 – October 12) is the heart of the turn — the
highest likelihood of golden trees, and our highest rates. Aspen Gold (September 10–17
and October 13–24) is the shoulder of the window. Nature sets the timing: the turn
slides a little every year, and we cannot guarantee gold leaves on any date.
You're paying for the chance, not a promise — and when it lands, it's unforgettable.
Reserving: a 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due four months before your wedding. A $1,000 refundable damage deposit and day-of wedding liability insurance (about $125, naming the venue) are required for every celebration. Holiday dates (July 4th, Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends, New Year’s Eve) carry a $5,000 surcharge. Extra hours beyond the 8 a.m.–10 p.m. day: $750 per hour (quiet celebration — amplified music still ends at 10).

- Restrooms — included, no extra charge
- Open-air catering cabana with work surfaces
- Electricity & water on site · service road & vendor lot · parking for 40 cars + 3 buses
You arrange (your own vendors, or ours from the preferred list you receive at booking):
- Catering — cooked on-site or delivered
- Music, photography, florals, officiant — and your own sound system (DJs and bands bring their rigs; we provide power)
- Rentals — tent, glassware, dishware, linens (all third-party)
- Extra restroom trailers via your vendors, only for very large celebrations
Worth knowing: a complete Colorado wedding — venue, catering, photography,
flowers, all of it — typically lands around $36,000–$41,000. Our venue fee
is one line of that budget; please make sure the whole celebration fits comfortably in yours.
