How It Works
Priced by season and by day
Peak season runs May through October, when the plains are green and the
light is long. The off season — November through April — is
quieter, starlit, and priced more gently. Within either season, Saturday is
the premium, Friday close behind, Sunday a step down, and a
weekday (Monday through Thursday) the best value of all.
Weddings from December 1, 2026 are at , the only built ceremony altar. The Artemis Altar is coming in November and is not yet available to book. Confirm seating, facilities and access arrangements before reserving.
Ways to Book
Four ways to have the estate
Full day
The classic. Your altar and private feast ground from noon to 10 p.m. —
one couple, one unforgettable day, at the rates above. Crew-only cleanup follows from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. All times are Mountain Time.
Morning access — optional $3,000 package
Open the property at 9 a.m. instead of noon: three additional hours of property access for vendors, the couple, guests, and everyone. Choose morning access, evening access, or both on the wedding date request form. Each package is $3,000; both add $6,000 to the venue subtotal.
Evening access — optional $3,000 package
Keep your celebration going for up to two extra hours, from 10 p.m. until midnight. Crew-only cleanup follows from midnight to 1 a.m. the next day. Choose yes or no on the ; selecting it adds $3,000 to the venue and access subtotal.
Celebrate again — optional vow renewal
Plan a future ceremony at Momo’s Grange: five-year weekday $3,000 or weekend $5,000; ten-year weekday $1,500 or weekend $3,000. Weekday means Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday; weekend means Saturday or Sunday. Fridays, Thursdays, U.S. federal holidays and observed dates are excluded.
The proposed package is one three-hour ceremony for up to 20 guests, with existing benches and furniture. It may take place from one day before the chosen anniversary onward, with no automatic use-by expiry. Dates are subject to availability and written confirmation. No reception, officiant, vendors or on-site staff are included. before adding it to your request. No payment or reservation is made online; the final scope and charges must be agreed before payment.
Split day — 70% of the day's rate, per couple
Two weddings share one date by arrangement; the schedule requires confirmation. Each couple pays 70% of that day's
full-day rate — on a Peak Season Saturday that's $7,000 instead of $10,000.
Elopement — $3,000
Three hours at Momo’s Grange for up to 20 guests, inside the noon–10 p.m. standard access window.
Dates and arrangements require confirmation; no other ceremony altar is available. Book up to 90 days ahead on
weekdays, 60 days ahead on off-season weekends — gold-window and peak-season weekends are
reserved for full weddings.
Three-day block
Any three consecutive days for multi-day celebrations — access follows your confirmed wedding hours each day. Priced at the sum of the three days plus 15%: a Peak Season
Friday–Sunday block is $33,350.

About the gold windows. Each autumn the aspens may turn brilliant gold.
Peak Gold (September 18 – October 12) is the heart of the turn — the
highest likelihood of golden trees, and our highest rates. Aspen Gold (September 10–17
and October 13–24) is the shoulder of the window. Nature sets the timing: the turn
slides a little every year, and we cannot guarantee gold leaves on any date.
You're paying for the chance, not a promise — and when it lands, it's unforgettable.
Reserving: a 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due four months before your wedding. Every celebration requires a $350 non-refundable damage waiver, providing waiver coverage for up to $2,000 in qualifying damage. Any amount beyond $2,000 remains the couple’s direct responsibility. The couple must also obtain event insurance that covers damage exposure above $1,500, with $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate limits, and names the venue as required. One million per occurrence is the most the insurance company will pay for a single covered incident, such as a guest suffering a serious injury; two million aggregate is the maximum the policy will pay across all covered claims during its policy period. Holiday dates (July 4th, Memorial Day & Labor Day weekends, New Year’s Eve) carry a $5,000 surcharge. Optional morning access: $3,000 for three extra hours, from 9 a.m., for vendors and everyone. Optional evening access: $3,000 for up to two extra celebration hours, ending at midnight, with crew-only cleanup from midnight to 1 a.m. the following day. Select either or both access packages when requesting your wedding date.

Existing furniture stays in its installed layout. Confirm the available counts and layout for your guest list before booking; extra rentals, setup, moving and cleanup labor are arranged separately with your professionals.
You arrange (your own vendors, or ours from the preferred list you receive at booking):
- Catering — cooked on-site or delivered
- Music, photography, florals, officiant — and your own sound system (DJs and bands bring their rigs; we provide power)
- Rentals — tent, glassware, dishware, linens (all third-party)
- Extra restroom trailers via your vendors, only for very large celebrations
Worth knowing: a complete Colorado wedding — venue, catering, photography,
flowers, all of it — typically lands around $36,000–$41,000. Our venue fee
is one line of that budget; please make sure the whole celebration fits comfortably in yours.
