The altars were raised for ceremonies — but the land was always meant for more. When the sun drops behind South Park, the estate turns: lasers through the pines, music with no neighbors for miles, a whole festival with fifty miles of open Colorado around it. Beginning with the 2027 season, the entire estate can be reserved for private events of every kind.
The Icon of the Night Side
At the heart of the estate’s event ground stands the great owl — a white-stone sentinel taller than the pines are wide, patterned like a thousand pale feathers. By day she watches over quiet land. By night she is the centerpiece of the party: lasers breaking around her wings, the crowd gathered at her feet, the prairie dark for miles in every direction.
There is nothing else like her in Colorado — and she comes with the keys to the whole estate.
By day, Athena’s Landing is also one of the estate’s six ceremony altars — couples marry beneath the owl before the land turns over to the night.
What the Land Can Hold
Sound
A stage with no walls and no curfew-anxious neighbors. Bring the artist and the rig; the crater holds the sound, and the sky does the rest.
Celebration
Milestone birthdays, launches, full-production parties — string the lights, raise the lasers, and let the celebration run until the prairie goes dark.
Gather
Concentric stone seating on the hilltop ring — made for screenings, ceremonies, speeches, and shows under the widest sky in Colorado.
Stillness
Morning practice at nine thousand feet inside the standing stones — a stillness no studio can rent and no city can offer.
Performance
A voice, a piano, and white stone for acoustics — intimate performances in a setting no concert hall can copy.
The Dark Stone
Black obelisks in the open grass — the estate’s darker counterpoint, made for gatherings that want shadow instead of white.

Private events reserve the entire 97-acre estate — every stone, every ground, the amphitheatre, the parking, the sky. Because events bring more production, more wear, and more risk than a wedding day, event buyouts are priced above our wedding rates. Introductory pricing, by application — every event is reviewed and confirmed personally.

Introductory pricing, by application. Rates are for the estate’s first event season and will rise. During the Aspen Gold window (mid-September through late October) the estate books at a flat $20,000 by day or $25,000 with evening production, any day of the week. A refundable damage deposit, day-of event insurance, and licensed vendors are required for every event; production details are confirmed in your application review.
