A new landmark, rising from the prairie
In the high open country of South Park, just outside Hartsel, where the Colorado sky opens wide, six white-stone ceremony altars are planned across the land — the first, The Artemis Altar, expected to stand by late August to early September 2026. Alabaster Estates is taking shape around them: ceremony in the stone, celebration under the string lights, dancing until the prairie goes dark.

The Ceremony Sites
Six ceremony altars are planned across the estate — The Artemis Altar and The Moonlight Altar rise first, and the remaining sites open as they complete. Each wedding claims one altar for the day, separated by many acres of open land in true isolation, each with its own ceremony site and its own private feast ground — and as the sites complete, multiple celebrations can share the estate without ever crossing paths.
Every altar will seat up to 160 guests on hand-built wooden benches set permanently into the ground before the stone — part of the landscape, not folding chairs. Bring more of your own if your party runs larger.

Altar One · Flagship · First to Rise
Tiers of white alabaster rising in a half-circle toward a single crown — a stepped pyramid opened to the sky, with vows spoken on the round stone floor at its heart.
Altar Two · Flagship · First to Rise
A fan of pale standing stones opening toward the horizon — moonlight made solid against the prairie grass, with nothing behind you but fifty miles of open Colorado.
Altar Three
A 200-foot sunken amphitheater carved in white stone — vows spoken at its floor, your guests rising in rings around you.
Altar Four
An intimate hilltop circle of standing stones — made for smaller gatherings held close, with the whole of South Park beyond the ring.
Altar Five
A canyon overlook reached by a hexagon-stone path — the ceremony ring waiting at the rim of the world.
Altar Six
Vows beneath the great owl — the estate’s unmistakable white-stone sentinel, patterned like a thousand pale feathers.
The Celebration Ground
Every altar will have its own private feast ground, well apart from the others — a full outdoor bar, a dance floor of prairie grass strung with lights, and wooden harvest tables with bench seating for up to 300 guests — ours, included. Dinner will begin at golden hour; the dancing will end when you do.
