Where Things Stand
What’s done so far — honestly
We would rather show you a short, true list than a long, glossy one. The land is ours, the
plan is drawn, and the first machinery of county approval is turning. There are no buildings
yet — what stands out there today is a beginning, and we’re proud of every line of it.
✓Summer 2026The land secured — roughly 97 acres of open prairie in South Park, near Hartsel.
✓Summer 2026Site plan finalized — the driveway, a 200 × 100 ft parking field, the fire turnaround, and the altar sites, all staked out.
✓August 5, 2026Driveway & access permit application submitted to Park County — now in county review.
✓Early August 2026Two 1,000-gallon water tanks delivered and secured on site in a theft-proof enclosure.
⋯Mid to Late September 2026Electric service will be live on the property.
⋯Late September – Early October 2026The first altars will be ready for viewing; the bride and groom suite construction begins to take shape.

The Road to January 2027
Six steps, one straight line
No shortcuts and no mystery — this is the whole path, in order, from the permit desk to
the first vows.

Permit review
Our driveway and access permit is with Park County — submitted August 5, 2026, and
now under review. The conditional-use pre-application moves alongside it.
August 2026 · on approval
Driveway & parking
The moment the permit clears, the driveway goes in — followed by the
200 × 100 ft parking field and the fire turnaround.
Late August – Early September 2026 The milestone
The first altar rises
The Artemis Altar — the first white-stone altar — raised against the open sky; the day the prairie
becomes a venue. Expected completion: late August to early September 2026.

Fall 2026
The second altar & the feast ground
The Moonlight Altar follows, and the celebration ground takes shape — the tables, the
lights, the place where the dancing will be. The remaining four ceremony sites —
Miracle Cathedral, Momo’s Grange, Luna’s Aerie, and Athena’s Landing —
rise in later phases as the estate grows to its full six altars.

Visit the land yourself
Anyone is welcome to drive up and walk the land — any day, no appointment
needed. Come whenever the road calls you.
Be honest with yourself about what you’ll find right now: mostly wide-open land and
sky. Staked layouts in the grass, the water storage enclosure, fifty miles of Colorado in
every direction — and not a building yet. Some people find that hard to picture;
others stand in the wind and see their whole wedding day. We hope you’re the second kind.
There are no guided tours — and that’s by design, not neglect.
The estate deliberately runs without on-site staff, and every dollar that choice saves is
passed straight to our couples in lower pricing. You get the land to yourself, at your own
